FAQ
Do I need experience to take this class?
No. Most of our members are new to Barre.
2. What should I bring?
Water and grip socks. Both are sold at the studio in case you to purchase them.
3. Can I take this class if I have injuries?
Your safety is our top priority. All of our instructors are trained to offer modifications and alternative movements to meet your needs. If you’re working through an injury or recovering, just let your instructor know before class—we’ll make sure you feel supported and confident throughout your workout. And remember: listening to your body as well as your physician is always encouraged here.
4. What if I haven’t worked out in years?
There is never a better time to jump back into a fitness routine than today. Each class will have modifications that will allow you to make the class yours.
