I am so excited to have you here! My name is Tara Caracciolo, the owner of Thrive Fitness Studio. My passion lies in empowering women to discover their strength, building confidence, & creating sustainable healthy lifestyles. As a certified personal trainer & strength coach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women of all fitness levels feel welcomed, accepted, & capable in every step of their fitness journey.

At Thrive Fitness Studio, the vision is to create a space where movement meets empowerment—a judgment-free zone where everyone is celebrated for what their body can do, not just how it looks. Our classes, including yoga, barre, & strength training that are thoughtfully designed to help you feel strong, balanced, & energized.

TARA CARACCIOLO

OWNER/ BARRE & STRENGTH INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Tara Caracciolo—wife, mom of seven, and a passionate advocate for women’s health and empowerment. As a certified personal trainer and strength coach, I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling the demands of life. I spent many years trying to balance it all while feeling a bit deflated by focusing on the wrong things. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a supportive space where women feel welcomed, accepted, and capable of building strength—not just physically, but in every aspect of their lives. At Thrive Fitness Studio, I’m here to help you embrace progress over perfection, celebrate what your body can do, and discover the joy of a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.


LETHA COUGHLIN

STRENGTH INSTRUCTOR

Letha is a mother of twins,Inspirational speaker on health and wellness along with being a plant-based chef enthusiast. She also has a certification in personal training, metabolic conditioning, lifestyle and weight management. Letha enjoys teaching RITMO, her very own creation with a Zumba and strength training infusion. As an entrepreneur in the wellness industry, health coach Letha knows the ins and outs of quality in her lifestyle development.


FELICIA ROSE

STRENGTH & BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I was an athlete growing up and have always enjoyed staying active. Over the years, I have been apart of HIIT and Crossfit communities. As a busy mom and grandma, I value and encourage self-care because I know firsthand how important it is to prioritize movement and well being.

I have always appreciated the physical benefits of fitness, but more importantly, the mental benefits. Now I have challenged myself by becoming an instructor while continuing to learn and grow in the world of Barre. i am excited to share my journey, support others in their fitness goals, and create an encouraging space where we can move, grow, and feel stronger together.


MAIA PHILLIPOU

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Hi! My name is Maia, and I teach yoga!! While I’ve only been teaching yoga for a little while, I’ve been teaching dance for years, focusing on stretching and mindful movement with everyone from young kids to adults. I’ve taught a Vinyasa class before and am super excited to welcome all levels to my yoga classes! I love connecting breath with movement, and I’m passionate about how yoga can help reduce pain, improve balance, and much more. I could go on and on, honestly – feel free to ask me anything!

Yoga has had such a huge, positive impact on both my mental and physical health, and I can’t wait to share that with others. I’m certified in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, but I also love incorporating stretches from dance and poses that really target and strengthen the core. I’m looking forward to seeing you on the mat and guiding you on your yoga journey.


ENJOLI

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Enjoli is a yoga instructor with over 10 years experience guiding students through dynamic, strength based classes that focus on mobility, balance, and full-body awareness. Her powerful vinyasa flows are designed to complement other forms of movement like strength training and barre-improving flexibility, stability, and mental focus.

Her teaching style is grounded, encouraging, and accessible for all levels. Whether you’re weight training, looking to build endurance, or just want to move and feel better, Enjoli’s classes offer a perfect blend of challenge and support.

  • FREE CLASS PASSES HAVE EXPIRATION DATES

  • THRIVE 4 CLASS PASSES EXPIRE 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE

  • THRIVE 8 CLASS PASSES EXPIRE 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE

  • THERE IS A 2 HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW FOR ALL CLASS RESERVATIONS. When your class is not cancelled in that time window, a class pass will be used, or a $10 fee will be charged for unlimited members

  • WE HAVE AUTOPAY OPTIONS. YOU HAVE A 10 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY IN YOUR CONTRACT.

  • WE HAVE ZERO SIGN UP FEES

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL INCLUDING WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
